Elsa is a dynamic leader with over eight years of experience driving Web3 innovation. As an early adopter of digital assets and decentralized
technologies since 2017, she is committed to transforming the financial landscape through blockchain. With deep expertise in corporate
strategy, business development, and strategic partnerships, she has led multicultural teams to onboard over 350 corporate clients, engage more
than 16 million users, and manage digital assets exceeding US$6 billion.

Prior to joining DCS, Elsa held senior roles across leading Web3 firms — including Vice President of Global Business at Bluehelix and Regional Managing Director, EMEA at ChainUp. She began her career at
OCBC Bank and later joined Huobi, building a strong foundation in both traditional finance and the early Web3 ecosystem — a cross-sector perspective that continues to shape her leadership today.
