Cecilia Sha is the Founder and CEO of Abacus Asia Wealth Management, a MAS-licensed fund manager in Singapore. With over 20 years in private banking, she oversees the firm’s strategy, governance, and growth. Since founding the firm in 2009, she has built it into a multi-family office offering bespoke advisory, fund structuring solutions, and multi-jurisdictional structuring in collaboration with licensed professionals. Since 2023, she has overseen the development of Real-World Asset tokenization capabilities, bridging TradFi and DeFi. Cecilia holds multiple finance degrees and will commence a Doctor of Business Administration at Singapore Management University in 2025, focusing on traditional–decentralized finance convergence.
